Effect of Changing Main Post Page
Currently I operate a multi-page blog/website with the main blog post page being the default home page. I’m considering setting up a static landing page for the blog and setting up a new page called Blog as the main post page.
Currently when people type my site address, rf-photography.ca they’re taken to the site and shown the main post page. If I make the change to establish a static landing page and set up a new Blog page as the main posting page, the new address for blog posts will be rf-photography.ca/blog. Will this have any impact on search results? Or will it not matter because articles that show up in search will still have the specific rf-photography.ca/articlename link?
