    Hi,

    I can’t figure out how to change the “from address” appearance for my shipping labels. Specifically, 2 parts:

    1 – I’ve changed my business name, removing one of the words. This is reflected everywhere in my site, throughout my settings, etc., but the old name (with the extra word) is still in my from address when I generate a new shipping label. How can I remove it? Where does it grab the data from that I can edit it?

    2 – After my shop name in the from address, it has a line saying “ADMIN.” My username on my site is Nicole, and I’m not sure where it’s getting “ADMIN” from, but I’d like to change it to my name, or better yet, remove it entirely. How can I do this?

    Thanks for asking 🙂

    Can you try editing the business name and your name in the ‘Origin’ section when purchasing a shipping label? Let me know if that helps when printing your next shipping label.

    If it doesn’t help, can you send us a message through your WooCommerce.com account, so that we can take a closer look? Please include a screenshot of the ‘Origin’ section for reference.

    AHA!! That had the old data. Of course it makes sense that it was there, but somehow I overlooked that section.

    Once I update it, do you know if it will stay updated?

    It’s currently off season for my product, so it may be a bit before I find out myself.

    @nicoleashley – yes, the new address should stay updated in all the new orders. If that doesn’t happen, then please let me know so I can take a look. You can quickly check it without opening up that step by looking at the step summary – it will list the address it’s using when the ‘Origin’ step is closed for a quick glance.
