edit.php redirect to home page (Issue)

  • Hello everybody,

i’ve a problem with my WordPress site. All my authors can’t enter to http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php, when they try to open that page they gets redirect directly to the home page.

I’ve tried also urls like …/wp-admin/edit.php?paged=1 but it still doesn’t work: always redirect to the home page. How can i resolve this issue?

I checked author’s role and permissions and it’s all ok. What can be the problem?

    Thank You,

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    hi there.

I have the same problem here. Did you solve it ?? if yes how?

    Thank you

    Best regards

Try disabling firewall plugin if you have it, and then whitelisting IP addresses for those allowed access…
