Title: editor troubles… Last modified: August 21, 2016 --- # editor troubles… * [mojoke](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mojoke/) * (@mojoke) * [11 years, 11 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/editor-troubles/) * HI, I am using TinyMCE Advanced, on a 12 page site, and have a single user (Editor role) who has lost the ability to edit a single (and the most important, wouldn’t you know it!) page… * I could probably cut and paste the content to a new page, delete the old one and rename the new page, but I would ideally like to know why this has happened please!? I created another temporary user for him to try, and this did the same thing. * Today I logged on with _his_ credentials myself, and the same problem is occurring for me. Also if I now log in as the new temporary user since he tested it, this is now also broken for me too, though if I log back in as myself, all is fine( and I left the page in editor with his user when I logged out and then back in as me, and WP gave me the usual “page being edited by other user” dialogue, so WP clearly thinks the editor is working).. * the other plugins running are: * Background Updates for Major Releases Masterblogster Scroll Top and Bottom Private Only Quick Chat WordPress Backup to Dropbox WP-Activity WP-UserOnline * Deactivating all of them has no effect, where do I go next? * Many thanks!
