# Editor: Switching between Visual/Code messes up formatting

 * Hi there,
 * I am sure this has been answered before, but I can not locate a good answer.
 * I use the editor to enter my posts, and when I switch from Visual to Code and
   back the line breaks from the visiual view are all gone and the whole post is
   just one long line.
 * I am using FF 2.0.0.3.

 * I just switched off the visual editor because it became so annoying to me that
   it f*ck** up my javascript code, garbled my FLV tags, etc…
 * You can turn it off in the preferences for the user in the wp-admin screens.
