Editor Role to manage Redirections

I’ve dug around in the plugin code and see now that it doesn’t add new capabilities to target, like I was trying to do in my previous post.

I do see that it checks is_admin several times in redirection.php. Is it possible to change this so that the Editor and/or Author role can manage the redirections?
