Editor role can’t see settings menu of helpful plugin

    Hello support,
    Editor role can’t see settings menu of helpful plugin but can see feedback.
    Could you tell, what capability can make it visible of settings menu item?
    Because editor needs to see how many vote is counted in the whole site.
