# editor not working

 * since updating to WP 7.04 I have not been able to use the editor on any pages
   or posts. The page just flashes and then crashes, returning to the dashboard.

 * What editor are you using? Looking at your website, it could be the classic editor,
   but it might also be the Block Editor.
 * I see. Is it true that when you access the edit URL, you’re automatically redirected
   back to the dashboard? That’s highly unusual behavior – I don’t think it’s caused
   by WordPress. Try deactivating all your plugins to see if that fixes the issue.

 * It’s the classic editor.
 * If I access any means of editing in wp-admin (other than quick edit) the page
   flashes and then goes back to the dashboard. There is some error code – is it
   appropriate to post it here?
 * I have tried deactivating plug-ins but not all – can try this again

 * It was some sort of weird interaction between WP 7.0, Kadence and a combination
   of other plug-ins.
