Editor not the same as Live nor Preview

I am experiencing too much space between elements. Space Evenly nor Space between seems to have any effect. My issue specifically can be seen on the main page of [ redundant link removed, just use the link field ] in the blue boxes in particular. I have tried adding css to no avail and I avoided using seperate headers (which did indeed add extra space between widgets as well) but rather text boxes (adding my headers there). I really appreciate help on this issue. Thank you in advance.
