# Editor Not responding fully

 * Hi I am using the Contango theme, on two sites
 * When editing my pages there are many buttons not working on one site but the 
   other is ok.
 * On one site I cannot change he view to Text while editing, I also cannot use 
   the edit/add hyperlink button or the help tab at the top. I can however edit 
   the help tab in the Main dashboard page.
    I also cannot edit a pages Published
   status. this seems to be the case for pages and blogs.

 * Hi Out there this is now not working on both my sites. The hyperlink and add 
   media buttons and the help button is not working.

 * this can be due to some plugin or even your theme. you need to check by disabling
   all plugins and reverting to default theme.
 * First you need to login to FTP/File manager provided by your Hosting folks and
   deactivate your plugin by renaming it to plugins.HOLD .
 * folder structure
 *     ```
       Wp-content
         plugins
       ```
   
 * this will make sure plugins arent causing this issue,if this doesnt fix then 
   please do the same with active theme, rename it to Theme.HOLD and check if editor
   is back and working fully.

 * Tried That it eventually came back But sometimes it does not work and I have 
   to keep going and out of pages. it is very intermittent now.
 * I don’t particularly like the Twenty Fifteen as it doesn’t seem to allow a full
   page width.

 * This does snot seem to Happen often now, Last time was when I merged three JPG
   files with Paint, tried inserting them i a page.
    I then got a white screen in
   the editor window and no Buttons.
 * SO I highlighted the text to find the last changes were I inserted the picture
   and deleted that code. then after saved it came back to normal.
