# Editor Not Loading

 * We recently updated our theme to Bard and tried to activate its recommended simple
   social and mailpoet plugins. Now we cannot access the editor at all; it simply
   shows a white screen whenever we log in (be it via the /wp-login or /wp-admin),
   and the favicon is “jh” rather than the wordpress one. Any ideas? We’re a small
   student society, so we don’t have FTP.

 * You need to get FTP access or to contact your host. Delete those two plugins 
   from wp-contents/plugins.

 * How does one get FTP access if one doesn’t already have it? (Sorry, rather a 
   novice at that side of things!)
