editor is not getting the email notification

    hi

    im using this great plugin

    i have an editor on my site (editor(at)UnionMovil(dot)com)

    once the collaborator send the post to review, the editor is not getting the notifications, but the admin does get the email

    i have tried to add his gmail account and on that email he does get the email

    how to fix this ??

    Hi, I am also having this issue. But for me, no one is receiving any email posts? Not sure why this is happening. Your plugin sounds great and we really want to use it for our site but….so far it’s not working. Or I just can’t figure it out!

    I had some issues as well. I noted the following:

    1. I had to install the easy wp-smtp server plugin, and I started getting E-mails via WordPress again.

    Does this change anything for both of you?

    I’m not currently using this plugin, but I have noticed that several mail services are tightening down security. This is making emails that are coming through WordPress’ standard emailer fail. Using a plugin like wp-smtp allows you to be able to have emails come from an actual email address.
