# Editor Crashing

 * The editor will not open at all on any stories. I have all updates done on plugins
   and I am not pulling up any other issues.
 * I also am not able to report error. It says the link is invalid.

   the issue further?
 * 1. What was the last action you took before the editor crashed?
    2. Does the 
   editor crash if the Web Stories plugin has been enabled alone? To find out more,
   I recommend you to troubleshoot your site using the [Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   and enable its [troubleshooting mode](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting).
   This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because
   it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
 * – Please enable the [Web Stories plugin](https://jmp.sh/dw3iCRp) and let me know
   if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this
   mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved. – Note you can [disable troubleshooting mode](https://jmp.sh/uErQi8t)
   from the plugins page.
 * 3. If possible, could you share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue?
   You can use services like [JumpShare](https://jumpshare.com/) or [Recordit](https://recordit.co/)
   to share. Could you please check for any [browser console errors](https://jmp.sh/FerQD0j)
   and include that in your screen captures too?

 * Hi,
 * Yes. I enabled the troubleshooting mode and it was still crashing.
