# editing tools missing, blank post

 * I am trying to make a blog post as I always do. However, my new post page is 
   missing the standard editing/formatting tools such as B I U undo, etc across 
   the top of the post box. Also, when I cut and paste my post from notepad, the
   text is invisible, i.e. It is there but can only be viewed when highlighted.
 * My work partner can view the post when he logs in and has the standard editing
   tools too. I have tried this with my usual Chrome and also with Firefox with 
   identical results.
 * Help? Suggestions?
