    I’m afraid we’re out of ideas as to what might be causing the issue you referred to in your linked thread. Maybe some other members in the community here might have some ideas.

    We can log in to your site to do some additional hands-on troubleshooting but that requires a current license – its not something we can do in this free support forum.
