Editing Thumbnails – Broken Image

    When I try to edit thumbs in the manage gallery area the pop up has a broken image on the left where I’m supposed to click and drag.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins except nextgen and switching to twentysixteen theme and this still happens.

    Please help!

    @frankprendergast – There are no reports that have not had a reply sent at the moment, if you have not received anything back from us still you may need to re-send the report … and please let us know if that is the case.
