Editing theme options

A complete newbie here, playing in an InstantWP-sandbox (preparing for a real WP-installation). I’m rying to use the Lysa Theme, and the theme options-page is driving me insane. How are you supposed to edit the fields requiring text (“Enter your twitter account name” etc)? The tickbox-options and the pulldown menus (like Blog color scheme) work just nicely, but how to fill in some text?? Am I a complete idiot or is this an instantWP-feature (that it simply doesn’t work – is using InstantWP a mistake in the first place)?

And how about the Logo-display – if I eventually manage to edit something there, does it have to be an “outside” URL containing the logo image, or can I upload the logo image to my wordpress (where and how, and what would the URL look like in that case)?
