    Hallo Tobias,

you have already helped me before, so I hope you can again!

I want to use TablePress in a second site, the users of which are not familiar with wordpress.

So I would like to creat a wordpress page that can edit the data of the table. I would have two or three authorised users who would have access to that page.

These users may find the wordpress tablepress page a little confusing and could mess the table up.

I would want to allow them to add new rows (with the corresponding data) and to modify existing rows. But no deleting would be allowed.

Do you have any suggestions how I could do that?

I had thought of an iframe with the table update div and two buttons (add new row and update).

Or do you have an extension/hook that I can use?

    thanks in advance,
    Kevin

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Sorry, I’m not aware of a solution to this and I don’t see how something like this could be achieved.
You would probably have to develop a totally custom (small) “Edit” screen and then use PHP to modify the table in the database, but this is not something that I can recommend.

    Regards,
    Tobias
