# Editing the {permalink}

 * Hi there, have just tried out your plugin and I am EXTREMELY impressed, as soon
   as my project takes off I will be upgrading to premium – its pretty awesome.
 * I have one issue though, I would like to change the actual link that visitors
   go to when they click {$permalink}
 * lets assume {$permalink} = [http://www.google.co.uk](http://www.google.co.uk)
 * I would like visitors to go to [http://myurlhere.com/thisneverchanges/](http://myurlhere.com/thisneverchanges/){
   $permalink}
 * however it requires the http:// to be removed from google.co.uk
 * Is this something I can edit in the code, if so where would I look?

   still at the beginning and are still making a bunch of mistakes so expect an 
   even better futur for the plugin.
 * Regarding your question, I’m not sure if I fully understood what you are trying
   to do but this url: [http://myurlhere.com/thisneverchanges/](http://myurlhere.com/thisneverchanges/){
   $permalink} looks like a broken url when implemented, does’t it ? Even when we
   remove the http:// .
 * Are you trying to plot the url of the article on your site in each post , so 
   each post has a link to itself in the content ?
