I would like to edit the message that’s sent to email subscribers when a post notification is sent.

    Here’s what the email stated:

    Hello Helen,

We have published a new blog article on our website : Welcome Back to My New Site

You can view it from this link : http://www.michaelsieverts.com/2020/09/05/welcome-back-to-my-new-site/

    Thanks & Regards,
    Admin

You received this email because in the past you have provided us your email address : helen@helenduvaldesign.com to receive notifications when new updates are posted.

I’d be sad to see you go. But if you want to, you can unsubscribe from here.

I can see and have already edited some of the language to “unsubscribe” and “thanks for joining” within the EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION > SETTINGS, but where do I change Thanks & Regards, Admin ????

  • Hello,

The signature of the notification is coming from Templates. To edit, please navigate to Email Subscribers > Campaigns > Manage Templages, hover on the template that you are using for the Post Notification and click on edit to open it.

Please take a look at this article for directions on how to edit the template. Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I’m just trying my first campaign. I want to edit the Unsubscribe message at the end. But I’m not using a template this time so I can’t edit the template. How do I change that message? TIA
