Yes, some styling is required to make it match nicely. Especially on the single room page, because the plugin uses a custom template for that: https://github.com/wp-hotelier/wp-hotelier/blob/master/templates/single-room/single-room.php

Each theme has its own markup so it’s impossible to support them all. I can’t know in advance what markup it uses.

This is a quick starting point that fixes the single room page markup:

You can paste it at the end of the functions.php file of your child theme.

But please note that this is something you need to integrate yourself, I can’t help you with that.

The same for the CSS. You can disable the default CSS of WP Hotelier (which is really the bare minimum) using this code in your functions.php file:

add_filter( 'hotelier_enqueue_styles', '__return_false' );
