# Editing replies

 * Hello;
 * We occasionally receive replies with html tags in them. This may cause trouble.
   Recently we got into a situation where a customer added a ‘pre’ tag and the reply
   ended up in one single unbreakable line thus it got unreadable because my screen
   was not wide enough.
 * I tried to get around this problem by adding extra css style elements to the ‘
   pre’ tag but this did not work for me.
 * Would it be doable to allow the editing of replies? Then we can fix these situations
   appropriately (and we could also fix typos in own replies for example)

 * I just found that the style i use in my theme style is not used in the admin 
   pages, hence my css styles get not applied to the ticket pages.
 * /wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/assets/admin/css/admin.css
 * How can i overwrite styles without need to edit this admin.css?
