Hi there, I have been given about 3000 image files and I’m asking members of a historical society to check them and provide captions using a front end form. I’ve a number of fields set up in a custom post type, and I’ve populated 2 records to test. I am using Elementor for the page layout.

On the photo page, if I use the hardcoded shortcode below, then the pod returns the information into the form, and a couple of other fields into the page title and page content.

    [pods name=”photo” form=”true” id=”36″ fields=”title,new_description,album,location,county,photo_date, collection,photographer,original,publisher,availability,remarks,period”]

However, the user clicks on a particular photo on the posts page to view the single photo page and I use these shortcodes, the data isn’t pulled into the form even though it does correctly populate the page title with the pod title:

    [pods name=”photo” form=”true” use_current=”1″ fields=”title,new_description,album,location,county,photo_date, collection,photographer,original,publisher,availability,remarks,period”]

    [pods name=”photo” form=”true” id=”{@ID}” fields=”title,new_description,album,location,county,photo_date, collection,photographer,original,publisher,availability,remarks,period”]

Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
