Which theme are you using?
1.
this is theme independent:
only a logged-in user will see the bar; to remove it from the front, goto
dashboard – users – your profile: untick ‘Toolbar [ ] Show Toolbar when viewing site’

@tareq testing of DeTube theme. Why u ask?
@alchymyth what about guests? i was check it with other pc and still see this.
1. How can I hide wordpress toolbar
Go to your user profile and uncheck “Show Toolbar when viewing site” box and save.
If you mean for users then there are plugins for that: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=hide+admin+bar
2. How can I create menu sidebar for thim theme visible only for registered users
Again, there are plugins for that – here’s one that you could use: http://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/
For support specific to the theme then you need to contact the author here: http://themeforest.net/item/detube-professional-video-wordpress-theme/2664497/comments
The reason I ask @kraha is basically what @zulfikar says in his last paragraph.
