Editing homepage

    Hi everybody

    I’m having issues adding text to one of the sections on this homepage.

    If you look at the page, it has a slideshow which appears as the ‘home’ page in my editor but the 3 text sections below the slideshow are nowhere to be found.

    The ‘about me’, ‘why…’ and ‘join me’ pages appear as different pages like this one but that’s not what I want to edit.

    I’d really appreciate it if anyone could answer this.

    It appears that you are using a paid theme, so we cannot examine the code or install the theme to test it.

    I am guessing, but I wonder if what shows on the Home page is an excerpt from the other pages. Edit the About page and scroll down to the Excerpt section to see if this is what appears on the Home page.

    If this does not answer the question, you should contact the theme supplier.

    The text in the homepage sections is not an excerpt, I checked and it isn’t in the pages it links to. Odd…

    I don’t seem to have an excerpt section in the about page either.

    Anybody else having this issue with Delericon theme?

    So who wrote the copy in those sections to begin with?

    I can see that those three sections are not drawing their copy from the page, but it looks like they’re full of original content that accurately describes the pages they link to, so someone with knowledge of the site must have set them up at some point. Was that you?

    The other possibility might be that they’re set up as widgets. You might check the widget section of the theme.
