 * Hello all. I am trying to make a change to wp-includes/functions.php; and I am
not sure why, but none of the changes I make show up on the site. I have even
tried inserting die(‘foo statement’) at key lines, and nothing changes. Does
anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? Does WordPress cache
parts of the site for increased speeds? Ask if you need any further info. Thanks.

 * Restart Apache or what ever http engine you are using. They cache big time as
does your browser. Check your error log to find out if die(“foo statatment)”
   happened.
