If you want to add manual details on the footer you could just add a text widget on the footer text widget area
From
Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Choose any footer area according to your preference => Add a Widget => On the bottom you can see “Text” => Select it, enter a title and then enter your details manually on the widget.

Thanks for your replay, but I want to change “All Rights Reserved” to “Tous droits réservés (French)” and also add some more detail in french

To change the footer text you can do it via translation plugins to french from English, as the theme doesn’t provide changing footer text flexibility in the free theme,
Or you can build a child theme and edit the footer text there.
Or if you want a simpler solution you can just upgrade to pro version which gives you option to edit the text, and even add some more on it via customizer.
