  • When editing an existing post, you might want to choose from the timestamp options.
    1.: leave the original timestamp,
1.: set the timestamp to the time of saving the changes,
3.: set up a new timestamp.
This could be done with a three radio button choice.
I think this would be nice… Opinions?

  • This is an excellent suggestion. I’m having trouble right now with my date/time stamp and having this option you suggest could be a fast workaround. Everytime I log-in a new story, the dates disappear on all the current stories. Can’t figure this one out. So your option might correct the problem.

Nope, when editing your post and saving it, wordpress leaves the original time, or you can set a new timestamp. But what if I want to use the timestamp of the update? Should I check the clock on the systray and write it manually? It would be much more user friendly this way.
