Editing DOP Shortcodes CSS

  • Hiya,

I read the information on this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/tab-styling

I’ve uploaded the CSS file into the shortcodes plugin folder, and it’s appearing there in the WP editor, but none of the amendments I make are turning up on the site.

Are the php files not connecting to the new uploaded CSS file? Can anyone explain how to make them speak to each other?

Apologies if this is a rather basic question – this is the first time I’ve done this.

    Thanks very much!

    Beth

  • DOTonPAPER, you wrote:
    Hello,

Copy the styles from dop-shortcodes/assets/gui/css/style-dopshortcodes.css to you theme and modify them. Don’t forget to load them into your theme.

    Thank you

Do you mean that I should have uploaded the CSS file into the theme folder instead of the plugin folder?

I have just tried this but it doesn’t make any difference.

    Thanks!
    Beth
