 * Hello,
    I am using IE9 and when I try to add edit a ticket, the screen turns 
   light purple and the popup box shows faded and can not be edited.

 * Worked on FF but not in IE9, I dont have IE8 or below.

 * sounds like a theme/plugin conflict to me
