# editing a WP website

 * I have been asked to help update a website that was created by someone else in
   WordPress. It is a simple site and only involves changing pictures and some text.
 * My web building experience involves HTML, Kompozer and WinSCP, but I have access
   to all the PHP files, but not the admin user info (logon and password). I am 
   new to working with PHP and WordPress, but have Drupal and WordPress 3.6.1 installed
   and FTP access to the web host.
 * What is the best way to go about gaining admin access (previous admin info is
   unavailable) and editing the website? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
