Thank you so much. So does it mean that the feature images on the front page should all be square or otherwise cropped? If you don’t mind can you please take a look at the front page of apollofletshqip.com and see how the book covers (with a single instance that I can’t seem to understand in order to replicate) look all cropped?

In the documentation link that Rocco has provided, it clearly states that all images are cropped. Which means all images are cropped according to the dimensions stated in the table within the documentation.
If you want to “fit” your book cover, you need to resize them to the theme’s image dimension before uploading to use on your website.

yes, I scale them down to theme’s image dimensions but it doesn’t change a thing. They still look cropped although they would have been scaled down.
I would really like if Hueman had a support for every image aspect ratio (to adjust post appearance according to featured image aspect ratio). In Hueman grid layout and “Hueman posts” we are limited to 1:2.12 at this point (720×340), and that makes me a sad panda. I would like a thumbnail to be a square if the image has aspect ratio of 1:1, I don’t want Humena to crop it.

I want ratio of 16:9 but it is giving 1:0.56
