Support » Fixing WordPress » Edited it, now Im getting a parse error error….

  • I was editing somethings around in my sidebar and now Im getting this error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/kimjoy85/public_html/girls/wp-content/themes/insomnia/leftsidebar.php on line 263

    I dont know what I did exactly, but I think it has to do with these tags:

    <?php } ?>

    <?php endif; ?>

    I took one out by accident and then put it back in but its still not working. I dont know what to do, and right now the whole sidebar of my site isnt showing up. Id REALLY appreciate help on this!

    Look back in the archive that you downloaded for the theme and view the sidebar and see what goes where. Then be careful editing things that you’re not sure what they are. And it’s always a good idea to backup, backup, backup.

    Its a costum made template so that doesnt help. Not to mention that I backed it up anyways and when I pasted it back (as i mentioned in the first post) it no longer worked. Surely someone here MUST know what Im supposed to add to get it to work!

    Heres what the code looks like, minus the content:

    <div id="sidebar">

    <div id="colTwo">
     </b></strong>

    <?php if ( function_exists('dynamic_sidebar') && dynamic_sidebar(1) ) : else : ?>

    <?php } ?>

    </div>

    </div>

    Is there something Im supposed to add or delete?

    Can someone help PLEASE??
