Edited events not updating

Had an event that had some wrong information on it. I updated it and when I am logged in and view the updated page I can see my changes. However when I log out of admin the page did not update. I tested this on another PC and the updates only exist when I am logged in. I cleared my cache and restarted everything already.
Any further Ideas?
