Editable table cell frontpage

Hi All

I am looking for a simple plugin to achieve the following.

On the main page there will be an action plan (table format) and some people are viewing this page for changes.

The action plan is a table with a maximum 5 columns..
The last cell in a row (last column) has to be editable by specifying users so they can mark the cell as completed / failed or cancelled (something like that, this can be done by colors ie, red, green, black)

Is there a simple plugin for this ? I already found wpdatatable but is to ” heavy” for what I want..
