Since I installed it, the edit user admin page started to work weird. I couldn’t find the role or alias fields. Then I found them… on the HELP TAB!

I don’t know why, but some of the fields appear inside of the Help tab, you cannot edit a user because those fields which are the main ones are not saved.

    It’s a madness.

I was using 0.8.0, and tried to install a previous version just in case… But still nothing changes.

So I have to deactivate it, hope it will fixed soon.

What page specifically are you referring to?

I’m unable to reproduce the problem on any of the pages the plugin uses. Do you have other plugins installed that might modify that page too? Do you have any details about the set up of your site – is it a multisite, for instance?

    The wordpress edit user page.

Just to confirm, you go to ‘All Users’, then click ‘edit’ on someone there?

Do you have any details about your site setup? The problem is not something I can recreate and so I think there might be something different about your site.

Yes, the All users > edit page.

This website is using a lot of plugins, some of them may be conflicting with the edit user page.

    • JetEngine, used to add custom fields to users
    • UltimateMember
    • Woocommerce
    • PublishPress Capabilities

There are also other plugins installed, but they are not users related. I am not sure what caused the issue, but deactivating Enhaed Gravatar solved the problem. Also, it was the only plugin I can deactivate without breaking the site functionality.

Alright, thanks. I’ll give some of those a try and see if I can reproduce the problem.

I’ve reproduced the issue when used in conjunction with WooCommerce. The next version of the plugin should fix it.

Do you know when it’s going to be released?

    It should already be released
