# Edit translation on wp e-commerce plugin

 * Hi people!
 * I’m creating a shop with wp ecommerce plugin and displaying the site in French.
 * Instead of the “More details” link for each product, plugin shows in French exactly
   this: “Plus d>>informations” (instead of Plus d’informations).
 * I would like to correct this… and change by the way into this: “Spécifications
   techniques”.
 * Could someone please give me a hand to do so?

 * It took eight months and his question remained unanswered. I think that your 
   post needed at least an answer, the community appreciates.
 * I had to manually do this translation. Looking for php files in the plugin WP
   E-commerce (GetShopped.org) and the theme folder installed, managed to find the
   solution.
 * Go to the folder: “… wp-content/themes/Seu-Tema /” find the file: “WPSC-single_product.
   php” and make a backup of it. Open your text editor, here at Mac I use “TextWrangler”
   [http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/](http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/)
 * _To change the “More Details” for your translation, you go on line ‘165 ‘/ / (
   <? Php \_e (‘ More details’, PRIMA\_DOMAIN);?> \ \._
 * In the same file you can change / translate also the option of “discounts” which
   informs the discount amount designed ‘You Save’, this option is only displayed
   when you add the “Offer Price” in the configuration of each product.
 * It is important to clean the cache because of the amendment to it, go to the 
   WordPress dashboard and click Settings> Store> Presentation on the right, make
   sure the name “WPSC-single_product.php” is checked, then click “Clear Cache Theme”.
   Ready!

 * Passaram-se 8 meses e sua pergunta ficou sem resposta. Acredito que esse seu 
   post precisava de pelo menos uma resposta, a comunidade agradece.
 * Precisei fazer manualmente essa tradução. Procurando nos arquivos em php do plugin
   WP E-commerce (GetShopped.org) e da pasta do tema instalado, consegui encontrar
   a solução.
 * Vá na pasta: “… wp-content/themes/Seu-Tema/” encontre o arquivo: “wpsc-single_product.
   php” e faça um backup dele. Abra seu editor de texto, aqui no Mac eu uso o “TextWrangler”

 * _Para alterar o “More Details” para a sua tradução, você vai na linha ‘165’ //‘

    Neste mesmo arquivo pode-
   se alterar/traduzir também a opção de “descontos” onde informa o valor do desconto
   concebido ‘You Save’, essa opção só é exibida quando é adicionado o “Preço de
   Oferta” na configuração de cada produto.
 * É importante fazer uma limpeza no cache por conta da alteração, para isso, vá
   no painel do WordPress e em Configurações >Loja > Apresentação no canto direito,
   tenha certeza que o nome “wpsc-single_product.php” esteja marcado, em seguida
   clique em “Limpar Cache do Tema”. Pronto!

 * Hi, thanks for your answer!
 * Indeed i just took a look back into this issue and found the file you talk about
   in wp-content/plugins/we-e-commerce/wpsc-theme/wpsc-single_product.php (i have
   no seu-thema, i use custom community theme).
 * But i didn’t find the line you talk about, nothing mentioning “more”, “details”,
   or “prima”. I donwloaded a fresh version (in case i had deleted that line) but
   it doesn’t appear there either.
 * Am i looking for it in the right place?
