Edit tools and text missing

    One of three WordPress installations I am running has developed a problem.

    I can no longer add or edit pages or posts, or themes.

    When I edit, the text is there, but it is all white text in the white background.

    In addition, there is no tool menu (either visual or text) available.

    When I go to the theme customization, I get a blank page.

    Ideas for fixing?

    I do seem to be able to edit posts and pages (not themes) on my iPad.
