 * I installed this plugin a little while ago and then decided to shop around, and
downloaded and installed a few other similar plugins, like Status Tracking and
WP Tickets. I didn’t like them as much, so I returned to Awesome Support.
 * I’m uncertain what the defaults were, but I seem to recall when I first installed,
there were only 3 Status types. Then I obtained the Custom Status add-on, and
   created the status Ordered.
 * Anyways, on an individual ticket page, I can select from the following 4 statuses:
New, In Progress, On Hold, and Ordered.
 * But then I go to the Awesome Support Settings Style tab, and under colors, the
   following Statuses are listed:
 * Open Status
Closed Status Old Status Awaiting Reply New In Progress On Hold
   Ordered
 * So: how do I get rid of those other statuses? They were clearly added by another
plugin, but I don’t know how to remove them (all other plugins have been deleted).

 * Whoa…I am not aware of any other plugins that would interfere with our statuses
like that. “old status” and “awaiting reply” are not part of our default installation.
These do not show up on the Custom Status screen (TICKETS->CUSTOM STATUS) at
   all?

 * Confirmed, it’s just the Ordered status that shows up on the Custom Status screen.

 * Gah. I honestly don’t have a clean way around this. There might be a way to manually
clean out the database and remove the statuses but that would require a developer
to dig into your DB for a little bit which is outside the scope of this support
forum. If it only affects the STYLES and not anything else you might be better
off just leaving it be. You can change the color of the custom statuses in the
   CUSTOM STATUS screen instead.
 * I wish I had a better solution for you here.
