Edit thumbnail screen blank

    Hi
    I get a blank screen on the popup for editing the thumbnail inside the galleries.

    I did the standard troubleshooting > deactived plugins and test, change themes and check, rest options and check. No luck.

    I’d appreciate any other troubleshooting, please.

    We have a recent chat with Mihai, and he suggested to check with you the image size. Could you please share with us the average size of your images?

    Please, if possible check our Image sizes and resolutions document:
    https://www.imagely.com/docs/image-sizes-and-resolutions/

    For the best performance we recommend resizing your images to no larger than 1920×1280. It’s important that you export your images from your photo editing software with the sRGB color profile.

    All images are on average 800 to 1000 pxs and under 300kbs. I appreciate you leaving no stone unturned.
