The error is : * > Domain giordanolaw.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (6/ > 5 (10%)) allowed. Message discarded. * Obviously this is related to a mailing list because Subscribe 2 is mailing list software. Your email service (prioritywebs.com) is telling you you’re allowed to have a certain number of failures per hour, either 5 failures or 10%. * You had 6 failures, which is why the email to Thomas.Kinnett refused to go through. * The fix here is to cull undeliverable email addresses from your mailing list. The number of failed deliveries directly affects your domain’s “reputation” with your email service, and how likely they are to think you are a spammer instead of a legitimate business. Is it possible you have rogue software sending mail that you are unaware of? ie. a virus or malware?
