 * How I can edit the template email is sent? It contains data that the seller is
   not interested, such as IP or link to send spam comment.

 * Hi CriterioNet,
    This kind of email is only being send to product authors and
   admins, this is a Wordpess default email, all other users and guests receive
   WooDiscuz emails, it’s very short and clear. Try to subscribe to comments as
   simple user or guest (don’t forget use different email)

 * Okay, and the author was testing the product reaches an email as administrator(
   with links to moderate the comment), that in fact the author of the product does
   not have such permits and should not show these links.
 * I solved this already doubled the wp_notify_postauthor function in a custom plugin.

 * Another problem I have is that the author of the comment, does not get the email
   when you respond.

 * 1. Make sure the comment author is not the same who replies
    2. Make sure the
   comment author is not the product author or admin 3. Make sure you’ve not disabled
   email notification in Settings > Discussion admin page 4. Check spams 5. Make
   sure the comment author email works fine and it’s not forwarded to other email
   address 6. Make sure your hosting service send emails imminently. 7. Make sure
   you don’t have spam filters or some imitators on WP and Email inbox.
