Edit Submission?

    Is it possible or is there an add-on somewhere to allow editing a submission? I just want to be able to edit any typos or add extra data if it is found out later.

    I have some programming knowledge if all that can be done is pointing to a hook or filter for now, but don’t want to reinvent the wheel if it’s somewhere I haven’t seen or coming soon.
