Hi Javier
Thanks for reaching out. Which Mega Menu plugin are you using?
Hi Andrew,
Storefront Mega Menus
Thanks. Do you perhaps want to email us a copy? support@siteorigin.com.
Or perhaps upload to a cloud site and email us the link. Gmail for example doesn’t permit emailing of attachments with JavaScript files.
You can confirm me if the mail arrived with the plugin
I don’t think we’ve received an email. If the ZIP was sent as an attachment, perhaps try uploading the ZIP file to Drive/Dropbox and email us the link. Thanks.
Good morning, I sent an email with a Google Drive link.
Thanks. We haven’t received your email.
Have you perhaps tried to edit the menu at Appearance > Menus?
Thanks. Before we take a look, please, could you check the interface at Appearance > Menus?
The screenshot I sent, is using Appearance > Menu.
Hi, thanks. The screenshot is from the Customizer. Appearance > Menus is the legacy interface screen.
From Appearance Menu, I can’t edit the widgets.
Thanks, looks like the mega menu interface is only added to the Customizer.
I’m, unfortunately, not seeing any easy way we could resolve this issue. The widget positioning is being controlled by the mega menu plugin https://imgur.com/a/vrEsVdH.
The issue persists if I use the Black Studio TinyMCE Visual Editor widget instead of the SiteOrigin Editor widget so the issue isn’t unique to SiteOrigin widgets. https://imgur.com/a/zVqTBHL.
When you have a moment, please, log in to WooCommerce.com and open a support ticket via the provided interface. I’m sure the plugin authors can lend a hand.
If there is anything we can do to assist, please, let us know. Based on the investigation and testing I did now, it doesn’t appear that this problem is unique to SiteOrigin widgets.
