• Hi

I’ve looked through this forum but can’t find exact instructions in order to edit the sidebar.php on http://www.bdog.es.

    I would like to:
    – eliminate the search function
    – change “Archives” heading to “Articles” and filter them so that only certain posts appear on the sidebar.
    – remove “Categories”
    – Add contact details

The other thing I’m struggling with is in the footer: I’ve added contact info below ths site name, but can’t figure out where to give it some padding and change the colour to white.

Precise code would be appreciated. Thanks!

  • Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme. Your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade WordPress. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider creating a child theme for your customisations.

Once your new child theme is active, we should be able to help with any changes you want to make.
