Edit Shipping/Billing Details on View Orders

    Using Woocommerce 2.3.7 on Ubershop theme. I am receiving orders and occasional need to edit the shipping and/or billing details. I navigate to WooCommerce > Orders > Order# and clikc the pencil icon next to billing/shipping details. It’s href is linked to “#”. How can I fix this/where do I edit it? Thanks
