If you are talking about the job submission form see https://github.com/mikejolley/WP-Job-Manager/wiki/Editing-Job-Submission-Fields

If you aren’t then I don’t know what you are talking about because the plugin doesn’t have a registration form.

    Thanks for your answer!
Yes i think it’s the field included in the job submission form when user is not connected. Here is a screen print. IN fact i need more fields than email field.
A registration with some custom meta like first name, last name, society name …)
The users need to register in order they can add a job (i would also like that they register to see the job listing but that is another story 🙂
i’m already using a plugin to have member profile (with a unique registration form) but i need two forms, one for users profiles (student)
    other for adding jobs (pro)
My english is so poor! Not sure my question is really clear 🙂

Just an idea, how about disabling “Allow account creation” option and linking to your full registration form? That may be easier to implement, otherwise you need to dig into the hooks provided (the doc I linked to).

    Thank you for your answer!
But i finaly found a solution by installing a plugin:
    “Simplr User Registration Form Plus”.
I can now create forms with different fields.
    Thanks again
