 * Hello,
    First, I cannot new fields don’t appear in profile page). Second, when
   I change the bio in the edit age, my username disappear from WordPress. Who does
   that happen? Third, even if I write my bio, and add the cover and profile photo,
   this message does not change: “Your profile is looking a little empty. Why not
   add some information!”.
 * How to solve all this?
 * Thank you.

 * I add some more issues down here also.
    When creating new User Role. Thats ok.
   It appears with UM_rolename. When trying to add new custom capability for this
   role, it will dissapear after save. You can add new custom capability thru native
   roles, and then add those thru UM User Roles.
 * But…
    When you update user Default Profile form, it clears out roles added for
   users. Only um_member stays with untouched.
 * I’m developing local infra ERP-system with AD-integration, and there will be
   lot of “if user can”-functions. It would be nice if updating user-fields does
   not clear current values of user-meta.

 * Hi [@ahmant](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ahmant/),
 * Do you use unique profiles for different user roles?
    If you’ve assigned your
   profile form to the one user role you should create additional profile forms
   for every user role.
 * This issue can be also due to cache so make sure to exclude Ultimate member pages
   from the cache and see if this solves your issue.
 * You can also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other
   plugins or your theme. Here is the [doc on how to do a conflict test](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)
   if you are not sure how to do it.
 * Regards.
