Edit profile button does not link to profile

    Hi

    I run a very busy site with 1000’s of users. Recently we have had reports that people are unable to edit their profiles. I have checked and all users at editor level are unable to edit their profile as the link that is displayed on the admin bar ‘Edit My Profile’ when clicked it just refreshes the current page and does not re-direct them their profile page.

    Even putting the address in manually does not work…

    http://www.webaddress/wp-admin/profile.php this just refreshed the page too.

    Anyone have any ideas?
