    Is there a possibility that a particular user, or a certain level
   of user, can edit posts created by other users? (In Front, of course. Not in 
   WordPress control panel) Thank you

 * It will be unavailable to allow one user to edit another user’s post. You will
   have to add proper customization to build the feature.
